Lee C Rogers, DPM, FFPM RCPS (Glasg) is on the Board of Directors of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He helped the ABPM found the Certificate of Added Qualification in Amputation Prevention and Wound Care in 2017. He is a Fellow Faculty of Podiatric Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. Dr. Rogers has authored over 150 peer reviewed manuscripts or book chapters and focuses on creating systems of excellence for diabetic foot care and limb salvage.

Dr. Randall Wolcott is the founder of the Southwest Regional Wound Care Center in Lubbock, TX. Dr. Wolcott began his wound care practice over 25 years ago and has been practicing medicine for more than 30 years. He is passionate about healing wounds. The Wound Care Center specializes in biofilm-based wound care and incorporates state of the art technology with molecular diagnostics and advanced medicine. His personal research at the Wound Care Center’s own Research and Testing Laboratories and his collaboration with numerous experts in the wound care field have earned him international recognition. His work has been published in several textbooks, as well as prominent journals. Dr. Wolcott is also a member of the Global Wound Biofilm Expert panel created in 2015.
Daniel L. Kapp, MD

Dr. Kapp is an accomplished, board-certified plastic surgeon committed to providing the highest levels of patient care and treatment.
Daniel L. Kapp was born and raised in Miami. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. He completed medical school at the University of South Florida and Plastic Surgery Residency at the Ohio State University. He was the Anastasi Fellow in Plastic Surgery at Boston University. In 2004 Dr. Kapp returned to Florida, where he opened his private practice in West Palm Beach. He performs many types of plastic and reconstructive surgeries, focusing on breast reconstruction, breast enhancement, body contouring, facial rejuvenation and skin cancer reconstruction. He is the Chief of Surgery at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. He also served as the Medical Director of the Wound Center at Jupiter Medical Center.
Dr. Kapp is highly regarded nationally for his expertise in wound care management utilizing advanced biologics and cutting edge technology. He has served as an advisor to a number of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers. Dr. Kapp is involved in leading clinical trials and innovative research that will provide more advanced technologies to facilitate healing chronic wounds in patients today.
Dr. Kapp currently resides in Jupiter, Florida with his wife and three children. He loves spending time with his family and enjoys cycling.
Laura Pfendler, PT, DPT, CWS
Licensed Physical Therapist Specializing in Wound Care and Lymphedema Management
Dr. Pfendler is a licensed physical therapist specializing in wound care and lymphedema management and committed to providing personalized quality care with compassion.
A native South Floridian born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Dr. Pfendler graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Studio Art. She attended Nova Southeastern University earning a Master of Science in Physical Therapy with honors. Dr. Pfendler completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Nova Southeastern University and was elected into the Nu Sigma Upsilon Chapter of The Alpha Eta Society. She is a board certified wound specialist and Diplomate of the American Board of Wound Management.
Dr. Pfendler has over 20 years of experience practicing advanced wound care and lymphedema management. She previously was the Director of Wound Care at a large Level I Trauma Hospital for 15 years. She was responsible for growing the outpatient program and developing the inpatient wound management program with a focus on prevention of hospital acquired pressure injuries and managing extensive traumatic wounds. Dr. Pfendler has also developed inpatient wound programs for one of the largest hospital systems in the United States.
Dr. Pfendler resides in Wellington, Florida and has a passion for horses competing in equestrian show jumping and enjoys yoga and crossfit.
Terrence W. Norchi, MD
Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer
Terrence W. Norchi, MD, our co-founder, serves as our President and Chief Executive Officer, and he is a director on our Board of Directors. Dr. Norchi has served in similar positions since co-founding ABS, our predecessor company in 2006. Prior to ABS, Dr. Norchi was portfolio manager of one of the world’s largest healthcare mutual funds and pharmaceutical analyst at Putnam Investments. Prior to that he served as the senior global biotech and international pharmaceutical equity analyst at Citigroup Asset Management, and as a sell-side analyst covering non-U.S. pharmaceutical equities at Sanford C. Bernstein in New York City.
Dr. Norchi earned an M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management in 1996. Dr. Norchi earned an M.D. degree in 1990 from Northeast Ohio Medical University and completed his internal medicine residency in 1994 at Baystate Medical Center, Tufts University School of Medicine, where he was selected to serve as the Chief Medical Resident.
Dr. Norchi brings to our Board of Directors and management team invaluable experience and knowledge of our core technology and proposed product candidates as a result of his first-hand experience with the development of that technology, having ushered it from the research laboratory to its current stage of development. He is a primary inventor on many of our patents. His investing experience as a former public company analyst and a portfolio manager provides further insights and value as the company advances toward commercialization.
Dr. Norchi serves on the Board of Advisors of the Boston Museum of Science.
